This lock model does not support Passage Mode.
Behavior in Manual Locking Mode

When Manual Locking is enabled, the top latch automatically engages when the door is closed.

As a result, the door cannot be opened by simply pushing or pulling.
How to Disengage the Top Latch

Activate the keypad by tapping the screen with your palm—do not press any keys.

This action releases the top latch, allowing the door to be opened.
