Assigning tickets for Sales

(Do not close the ticket as it will send a satisfaction survey to the sender.)

1. Select the Contact, Make sure the number has +61

2. Add subscription, select 1 subscription.

3. Select add another subscription.

Subs 2

4. Fill up the details, using the below format.

Subs - Final

5. Change the owner of the ticket to the salesperson. 

6. If a salesperson doesn’t want to progress, he/she will leave a comment and assign the ticket back to the support team.
