→Troubleshooting 4- Batteries draining quickly

There 2 possible scenarios:

• Additional friction caused by misaligned components (misaligned deadbolt causes extra friction which then causes extra battery usage)
  • Disassemble the unit and check extending and retracting action of deadbolt
  • Reassemble unit while checking at every stage the smoothness of the deadbolt
• Battery discharge by the door lock. Please send video, proof of purchase, serial number and contact details to support email. If within warranty period, replacement inbody to be sent out
