→Troubleshooting 2- Batteries draining quickly

There are 3 possible scenarios:

• 1~2 months : Additional friction caused by misaligned components (misaligned deadbolt causes extra friction which then causes extra battery usage)
  • Disassemble the unit and check extending and retracting action of deadbolt
  • Reassemble unit while checking at every stage the smoothness of the deadbolt
• 1~2 months : Welcome function may cause the batteries draining issue as it will detect an object outside and the door lock will wake up frequently. In this case, the battery can be drained quickly
• 2 days ~ 2 weeks : Battery discharge by the door lock. Please send video, proof of purchase, serial number and contact details to support email. If within warranty period, replacement inbody to be sent out
