→ SHP-A30 Connecting with Amazon Alexa

To search for Samsung Door Lock in the Amazon Alexa app.

1. Open the Alexa App
2. Go to the Home button on the lower left.
3. Select Browse Skills.
4. Search for Samsung Smart Doorlock

Once Smart door loc is added, you need to link your Samsung door lock account

1. Go to Skills and Games
2. Go to Your Skills
3. Select Samsung Smart Door Lock - Account linking required
4. Select Enable to Use
5. Log in with your Smart DoorLock ID and Password
6. Once logged in, it will ask to select a door lock to use.
7. You will receive a notification that the door lock is connected with Alexa
8. You will get a message in Alexa app that "Your Samsung Smart Doorlock account has been successfully linked." select close
9. Select Discover Devices
10. Alexa is looking for a device to connect "This may take up to 45 seconds"
11. You will get a message "1 lock found and connected" select set-up device
12. Select choose group.
13. Select a group then add to the group.
14. You will get a message that it is set-up and ready to use, select Done
