→Troubleshooting 7- Doorlock not able to get into registration mode

There are 3 possible scenarios:

• Doorlock is not unlocked. The SHS-3321 can only enter registration mode if the door is unlocked. 
  1. It may be a case where the user has set the wrong direction for the doorlock
  2. If wrong direction has been set for doorlock, doorlock will be able to enter registration mode when doorlock is locked instead of unlocked
  
  
  
• The SHS-3321 batteries are low
  1. If low melody tone (Fur Elise) is playing whenever you electronically lock/unlock, it means the batteries need to be changed. Doorlock does not allow entry into registration mode when batteries are low
