Factory Reset Method

1. Ensure the Door is Open:

• • Make sure the door is open before proceeding.

2. Open the Wireless Module Cover:

• • Remove the wireless module compartment cover on the indoor unit.

3. Press the Pin-Hole Reset Button:

• • Locate the pin-hole type Reset Button next to the registration button.
  • Use a thin pin or needle-like tool to press and hold the button for 10 seconds.

4. Wait for Confirmation:

• • The door lock will emit a confirmation sound or voice message indicating that factory reset is complete.
