How to cancel StarTrack consignment

(Pick-up from the office or pickups interstate)

For NSW and QLD the email is: connote.deletion@startrack.com.au
For every other state, the email is: southwest.deletion@startrack.com.au

 

Send an email to the email address depending on the state where the item will be picked up from and include you're coming from (Digital Door Locks), confirm the receiver address and the consignment note to be deleted and they will do the rest.
