1) Download all the required reports from http://ateamlive.com/Login/Login.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 (under reports)
a) Once under reports go to (Filters>Change the task to "Digital Door Locks - Store Service">Select the date for the week required.)
b) Select the report to be "In Field Questions"
c) Download as an "Excel 97-2003" file.
d) Same process but for "Digital Door Locks CSO Store Service"
2) In the report there are four sections:
a) POS tear off pads
b) SHS-3321 display
c) SHP-DS510 display
d) SHP-DS705 display
3) In the "Network Health" report there are three sheets
a) Unhealthy
i) This is for POS issues and for displays that have minor issues (not working due to batteries or key tag missing)
b) Dead
i) This is for displays that are completely not working or are missing/stolen
c) Compliance
i) This is for any issues with the report (missing images, missing stores, incorrect information e.g. missing display reported but can be seen in the image)
4) Go through the downloaded reports and any issues found please enter them into the 'Network Health" spreadsheet
a) Once you have gone through the entire report please check the submitted images corresponding with the issues found to ensure the data is correct.
