How to deal with an out of stock product
When are out of stock on a product we need to ensure that all retailers are made aware.
1) Go into Unleashed and find any orders that involve that product (go to the product page and click allocated), back order them and leave a comment with the date and your initials.
a. For Bunnings orders contact the store directly and advise them of the stock delay and give them the ETA of when we are receiving the stock. If it is an Y order then you can either delete the entire order or delete the products that are out of stock.
b. For all other retailers contact the main account person and advise the same.
c. Give them the option to short ship (if there are other products within the order) or delete the order.
2) Speak to Matt Heron from Bunnings and advise the stock issue, request for the product to be suspended, once back in stock advise.
