How to respond to a TPR (price match)
https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuLXjPB
1) You will receive and email from the buyer (most likely the assistant) advising that a product is being sold at a cheaper price
2) There are two stages:
a) If it's from one of our known retailers, liaise with Sam (as he prefers to reply) and confirm that it is one of our retailers that are running a special etc...
b) If it's from an unknown seller, speak with Avin from accounts to purchase the item (which we will refund and send back later), once we receive the product we can check the serial number to see if it is DDL stock or not. If it is then we need to track who purchased it and how, if it isn't then we can advise Bunnings that it is not Australian stock and they are importing it internationaly.
