How to send stock to NZ (Mainstream)

Creating and sending the shipment:

1) Create an order in Unleashed under the customer code "DDL New Zealand"

a) Place in backorder status until ready to ship

2) Within that order enter the products in with the quantities required

3) Speak with either Bianca Jones (GASS) to get a quote for shipment by sea

4) Create a commercial invoice via the DHL website (http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/customs_support/customs_paperwork/commercial_invoice.html#invoice)

 

Advising Mainstream of incoming shipment:

1) Once the shipment is send you will need to send the following information to Mainstream

(MLL.INWARDS@mainstream.co.nz)

a) Packing slip (contents of the shipment)

b) All serial numbers (so they have them in their system)

i) Have the warehouse send all serial numbers to you while completing the order as we can't extract them (easily) afterwards.

c) ETA date of arrival

2) Once Mainstream have received the shipment the will send you a receipt of shipment which will show any discrepancies (if any) with the stock they received compared to what you sent in your email.

3) Once Mainstream have confirmed what they received (and if correct) speak with Avin (DDL Accounts) and send her the details for the shipment that was sent over (all serial numbers), she will then enter them into Unleashed NZ.
