How to suspend an out of stock product
When we have no stock of a certain product we need to let Bunnings know so that they can suspend ordering of the item
1) Email Matt Heron (mheron@bunnings.com.au) advising the fine line that is out of stock and when we will be back in stock (you will need to do this just before running out of stock as this may take up to 24 hours)
2) Once back in stock email Matt again advising to un-suspend the item.
