→Troubleshooting 2- Internal pull handle does not unlock the deadbolt

There is 1 possible scenario as to why the internal handle does not allow you to unlock the deadbolt:

1. The handle shaft is disengaged from the mortise
2. Handle shaft pin was not inserted into the handle shaft hole, as shown in picture below
   
3. Insertion of the handle shaft pin into the handle shaft hole prevents the handle shaft from moving and disengaging with the mortise
