Response for the inquiry of KL-100 app

Dear KL-100S user,

Sorry for your inconvenience with our keyless lock KL-100S for no mobile phone app available from app store.

As major mobile platform companies enhanced their policy, the manufacturer was also trying to update the app at this moment.

 

But the app won’t be available in the app stores until it’s updated.

 

We are really sorry about this.

If you bought it to use Bluetooth function in 2019 and you don’t want to use it without that feature, please let us know. We will give you the credit to exchange or refund your door lock.

 

If you still want to use it as a stand-alone but you need more key tags as Bluetooth feature is not available, please let us know how many key tags you need, then we will provide free Samsung key tags up to 5.
