      How to change master pin code

      1. Unlock and open door

      2. Take battery cover off

      3. Press [REG] button to start registration

      4. Enter current master pin code + *

      5. Press 0 + *

      6. Enter new master pin code (4-12 digits) + *

      How to register fingerprint, key tag or user pin code

      • User Fingerprint registration

      1. Unlock and open door

      2. Take battery cover off

      3. Press [REG] button to start registration

      4. Enter master pin code + *

      5. Press 3 +*

      6. Press 1 + * to add fingerprint

      7. Press finger on the fingerprint reader until you hear a single chime, then remove finger

      8. Repeat step 7

      9. Press finger on the fingerprint reader again and you’ll hear chimes indicating that fingerprint registration is successful

      10. Repeat from step 7 if registering other user fingerprints OR press [REG] button to exit registration

      • Key tag registration 

      1. Unlock and open door

      2. Take battery cover off

      3. Press [REG] button to start registration

      4. Enter master pin code + *

      5. Press 2 + *

      6. Press 1 + * to add key tag

      7. Hold key tag to the lit CARD symbol on the keypad

      8. Repeat from step 7  if registering other key tags OR press [REG] button to end registration

      • User pin code registration

      1. Unlock and open door

      2. Take battery cover off

      3. Press [REG] button to start registration

      4. Enter master pin code + *

      5. Press 1 + *

      6. Press 1 + * to add user pin

      7. Enter new user pin code + *

      8. Repeat from step if registering other pin codes OR press [REG] button to end registration

      How to delete fingerprint, key tag or user pin code

      • Deleting user fingerprint
      1. Unlock and open door
      2. Take battery cover off
      3. Press [REG] button to start registration : Ding Dong
      4. Enter master pin + *
      5. Enter 3 + * : Ding Dong
      6. Enter 2 + * : Ding Dong
      7. Put the finger on the fingerprint reader and remove finger
        • Success : Ding Dong Deng
        • Fail : DingdongDingdong (if it has already been deleted or not recognised)
      8. Repeat by placing another fingerprint OR press [REG] button to exit registration
      9. If you want to delete all fingerprints at once, press 3+ * at step 6.
      • Deleting user pin
      1. Unlock and open door
      2. Take battery cover off
      3. Press [REG] button to start registration : Ding Dong
      4. Enter master pin + *
      5. Enter 1 + * : Ding Dong
      6. Enter 2 + * : Ding Dong
      7. Enter user pin code that needs to be deleted + *
      8. Repeat with another user pin code if deleting other user pin codes OR press [REG] button to exit registration
      9. If you want to delete all user pin codes at once, press 3 + * at step 6.
      • Deleting user key tag
      1. Unlock and open door
      2. Take battery cover off
      3. Press [REG] button to start registration : Ding Dong
      4. Enter master pin + *
      5. Enter 2 + * : Ding Dong
      6. Enter 2 + * : Ding Dong
      7. Hold the key tag on the lit CARD symbol on the keypad
        • Success : Ding Dong Deng
        • Fail : DingdongDingdong (if it has already been deleted or not recognised)
      8. Repeat by placing another key tag OR press [REG] button to exit registration
      9. If you want to delete all key tags at once, press 3+ * at step 6.

      How to factory reset

      1. Unlock and open door

      2. Take battery cover off

      3. Press and hold [REG] button for 5 seconds until second set of beeps are heard

      4. Enter 4560852580 + *
