Touch Panel Issue
- Symptom : If the touch panel is not working and one button is touched again and again even though the customer touches it only one time.
- Need to check

- Try new batteries
- Check the cable between outbody and inbody
- Any corrosion on the outbody

- If it’s normal 3321 or DS510, we can send the replacement of the outbody.
- If we need to send out the locksmith, we should inform the customer, it would be chargeable if any installation or other components such as the battery cause this issue.
