→ Wi-Fi & BLUETOOTH LOCKS QUESTIONS

  1. It would be a lot easier for us to troubleshoot the problem in case we can have a video call . Can we video call you on whatsApp or send you a zoom link  . 
          If the answer is yes , then work with the client to check the below , If the answer is no ,          then ask the client to answer the below. 
  2. Is the problem related to the App? 
  3. What is the App Version? this is info for the ticket
  4. What is the mobile you are using? this is info for the ticket
  5. What is the OS version (whether android or apple)? this is info for the ticket
  6. What is the account name (Wi-Fi)? this is info for the ticket
  7. What is the MAC address (Wi-Fi)? this is info for the ticket
  8. What is the mobile number ? this is info for the ticket
  9. What is the Wi-Fi access point model , as there are some access point which are not compatible with the application. If its a known Brand then the problem shouldn't be from it. 
        • Can you please Uninstall and reinstall the App.
        • Can you please completely delete the lock and add it again .
        • Can you please reset/reinitialise the lock ?
        • If the above questions do not help with resolving the problem , then request the client to allow us some time and we will get back to them with the solution . 
        • Post the problem on "Melbourne support" for us to follow up .
